THE FUTURE
Our Mission will continue to be at the centre of everything we do: “By prioritising our people, our mission is to provide the highest standards of care, to as many elderly residents as possible.” Our goal is to make Jasmine the largest elderly care home operator, with the highest standards of care, in the East Midlands.
Improving Existing Homes
The main way we will demonstrate our Mission is to achieve all the Jasmine Aims at all our homes, and by doing so, demonstrate what is possible and we believe desirable across the elderly care sector.
Extending & Refurbishing our Existing Homes
To further enhance our existing homes and provide care to “as many elderly residents as possible”, we have advanced plans to improve and extend many of our existing homes. These plans are true to our belief that care homes should have no more than circa 50 residents, to balance the culture and community offered by them, with their operational efficiency. All our plans are consistent with our ethos to ensure our homes look and feel as homely as possible.
Planned Acquisitions
We also have an ambitious acquisition strategy to acquire more homes across the East Midlands consistent with our mission and values. All our acquisitions must have the potential to have between circa 40-50 bedrooms with ensuites, look and feel homely, and have outside useable space for our residents to enjoy.
We will selectively and sympathetically extend and modernise any acquisitions to achieve these criteria. We also want our residents to be as fully involved in local life, so we will always aim to locate our homes in the heart of the local communities which they serve.
Optimism
We are excited and optimistic about the future, and look forward to positively contributing to the improvement of the provision of elderly care by achieving our Mission & Aims.
