Gender Pay Gap Report 2026
Since April 2017, legislation requires all employers of 250 or more employees to publish their Gender Pay Gap result. The Gender Pay Gap is defined as the difference in the average earnings of men and women over a standard period.
In line with mandatory requirements, GPGR 2020 details the gender pay gap for Jasmine Healthcare Limited between 10th March 2025 and 6th April 2026. We are happy to report our data.
Our recruiting process is reflective of the applicant pool at any given time – which in our sector, is mostly female. We recognise the importance of a gender balanced workforce and ensure opportunities for training and development are accessible to all team members.
Jasmine Healthcare Limited has an average of 85% women in each pay quarter.
The Mean Hourly Pay for women is 0.39% lower than men’s at Jasmine Healthcare Limited; while their Median Hourly Pay is 2.9% lower than men’s.
The Bonus Gap in Jasmine Healthcare is -5.19 % as more women were awarded bonus pay than men.
A mean Bonus Pay Gap of 14.85% reflects a small number of high‑earning bonuses, including women in senior roles. However, a median bonus pay gap of 40.11% means that the middle value of bonuses paid to women is 40.11% lower than the middle value of bonuses paid to men, reflecting differences in bonus distribution rather than unequal pay for the same work.
Jasmine Healthcare Limited is committed to the principle of equal pay for all team members and determines pay and conditions of employment that do not discriminate unlawfully and are free from gender bias. We are also committed to addressing current imbalances aiming to close the gender pay gap.
